Our People
Meet Our People
We are thankful to God for bringing together people who are committed to distinctly Christian, compassionate, competent, and comprehensive care. Our caregivers and support staff serve from a shared desire to walk alongside others with wisdom, humility, and hope in Christ.
Our Founders
Andrew Garrigan, MA, CHBC, CCTCP-2
Andrew is a founder and caregiver at Well Christian Care. He has served in pastoral ministry for thirteen years and has worked in a variety of ministry, leadership, and care contexts. He holds a Master of Arts from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has earned multiple master’s-level certificates from the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation. Andrew is a Certified Holistic Biblical Counselor (CHBC) and a Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider (CCTCP-II) through Christian Trauma Healing Network. He has also completed selected trainings through The Allender Center, drawing especially from its attentiveness to story, shame, trauma, and relational harm.
His approach to care is shaped by a desire to remain rooted in Scripture while listening carefully to people’s stories, suffering, relationships, and embodied experiences. Andrew especially desires to offer patient, Christ-centered care to those who have experienced trauma, shame, spiritual struggle, grief, anxiety, or relational pain.
Andrew is a pastor at The Well Church and a hands-on dad to two boys.
Chantelle Garrigan, CHBC, CHM
Chantelle is a founder and caregiver at Well Christian Care. She has served in ministry for twenty years, including work with children, youth, women, and global missionaries. She has a Certificate in Biblical Studies from The Master’s University and has completed counseling training through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. Chantelle is a Certified Holistic Biblical Counselor (CHBC) and Christian Health Mentor (CHM) through the Women Becoming Whole Network (WBWN).
Chantelle’s approach to care is shaped by a deep concern for the whole person, especially the ways spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical realities intersect in seasons of suffering, change, and growth. She is particularly invested in women’s holistic health, with a special place in her heart for pre- and post-partum mothers. She also desires to help those who struggle with anxiety or are walking through grief and loss.
Chantelle serves alongside Andrew as a leader at The Well Church and is committed to being a full-time mom.
Andrew and Chantelle’s early parenting journey, including caring for their son Benji through Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, has deepened their sensitivity to the burdens people carry and strengthened their conviction that Christian care should be honest, patient, and anchored in the love and stability of Jesus Christ.
Our caregivers are not state-licensed mental health professionals unless otherwise noted. They are trained and certified Christian caregivers who provide distinctly Christian care within the scope of their training, experience, and ministry role.
