We are thankful to God for bringing godly and skillful men and women to work at Well Christian Care. Here are some of the people who help make Well Christian Care the kind of ministry we strive to be.

Our Founders

Andrew Garrigan, MA, CHBC, CCTCP-2

Andrew is a founder and caregiver at Well Christian Care. He has been in pastoral ministry for twelve years and has served in a variety of other ministry capacities. He holds a Master of Arts from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has earned multiple master’s-level counseling certificates from the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF). He is a Certified Holistic Biblical Counselor (CHBC), and a Level-2 Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider (CCTCP-2) through the Christian Trauma Healing Network (CTHN). He has completed multiple trainings at The Allender Center at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Andrew deeply desires to offer compassion to those who have experienced trauma. He is a pastor at The Well Church and a hands-on dad to two boys.

Chantelle Garrigan, CHBC, CHM

Chantelle is a founder and caregiver at Well Christian Care. She has served in ministry for twenty years, including working with children, youth, women, and global missionaries. She has a Certificate in Biblical Studies from The Master’s University and is a Certified Holistic Biblical Counselor (CHBC) and Christian Health Mentor (CHM) through the Women Becoming Whole Network (WBWN). She has also completed counseling training through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). Chantelle is particularly invested in women’s holistic health with a special place in her heart for pre- and post-partum mothers. She also has a desire to help those who struggle with anxiety or experience grief from losses. Chantelle serves alongside Andrew as a leader at The Well Church and is committed to being a full-time mom.
